Police on Tuesday arrested a person on the charge of possessing a home-made pistol from Sarauchiya of Biratnagar-7. The arrested is Dharmendra Mandal,35, of the same locality. He is being interrogated for the alleged charge, the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar said. RSS
