The Tribhuvan Army Club, Kathmandu amassed 29 points to clinch the title while first-runner up Jumla trailed far behind with 11 points followed by second-runner up Kalikot.
Lawmaker Lalit Jung Shahi distributed awards and certificates to the victorious teams and athletes.
Shahi thanked the organizers for holding the national level tournament in Karnali which has been looked upon as a far-flung hinterland. He said the event sent a message that differently abled persons can also do something and Karnali can hold national level sporting events.
The lawmaker promised Rs 100,000 to differently abled people of Jumla from his development fund.
National Federation of Disabled Nepal member, Netra Bahadur Shahi, said the event participated by differently abled athletes imparted a message that Karnali is not remote.
The event started on May 20 and was participated 19 athletes with spinal cord injuries and one suffering from polio.
