Sky Ferreira will appear on the cover of next month’s Playboy. She revealed the news with the below photo on Instagram. “I am the first bunny ever to be a creative collaborator & creative/art direct,” she wrote. Ferreira writes that she produced and directed all of the content for her appearance in the issue, which she calls the first visual introduction to her forthcoming album Masochism. The photos are by Sandy Kim and the interview was conducted by acting legend Bruce Dern.
Ferreira first announced Masochism back in 2015, saying that a new album and short film would be out that summer. In January of this year, she shared an update on Instagram, saying she refused to “put out something that isn’t honest.” Ferreira’s last album was 2013’s Night Time, My Time.
